Share&Go is the name of the online document sharing platform proposed by the Solstys company.
Is designated by CLIENT the person or entity signing the services contract.

Share&Go Service

Share&Go is an online platform for sharing and exchange of documents dedicated to companiesThe solution allows to create shared spaces for documents, organized into a tree of files and folders, create user accounts, user groups and subscribe users to elements changes to which they have reading rights access (email alerts).

These shared spaces can be used by any type of audience of the client company: remote collaborators, customers, partners, suppliers and any third person as part of the ecosystem of the company.
The solution is accessible via a web browser, by entering a username and password which allow you to connect to the service.

SOLSTYS publishes the Share&Go solution in Saas (Software as a Service) mode. The monthly cost of service depends on the options chosen by the customer at the time of registration (5 different packs are available). The service is scalable from one month to another depending on the changing needs of the customer. Thus the customer may switch from one pack to another.

The transfer speed of the documents depends on the weight of the submitted files and the connection of the client.

The number of authorized users and disk space available depends on the package chosen by the customer (Pack S, M, L, XL or XXL).

SSL 40/256 bit encryption is available on all offers.

The interface of Share&Go is customizable (colors, logo, banner). At the time of registration to the service, the customer will provide a logo to customize the Share & Go platform .

The URL to access the service will be by default : mycompany.docs.shareandgo.net
If the client manages a domain name i.e. mycompany.com, redirection may be performed on an address like extranet.mycompany.com


Price

Billing and payment are quarterly on the anniversary date of the subscription. Payment is made by direct debit. A direct debit authorization form must be filled and returned by the customer for the opening of the service

The amount of the subscription depends on several criteria. 5 packs are available with different configurations.

SOLSTYS reserves the right to close the account or client accounts without incurring any if payment is not made.

An invoice will be issued and sent to the customer by email 15 days before each maturity date


Payment Terms

The payments are made only by direct debit.. They can be made by transfer for a subscription corresponding to a specific need or limited in time.


Duration

The service is available upon receipt of payment from the customer. The initial subscription is for a period of three months. It is renewed automatically each quarter. Billing is quarterly. The customer may terminate the subscription whenever he wants. Every quarter started is due /must be paid entirely.


Login and user account

At startup, an user name and a temporary password are assigned to the client platform. This password is to change at the first connection. Or when connecting first time.
If you forget your user name and / or password, the customer must send an email to SOLSTYS to request a reset. A new password will be sent to him by mail.

The customer must take care not to communicate to others the access code and warn SOLSTYS immediately against unauthorized use due to misuse of his password. SOLSTYS then reset the password. Anyway the customer will be held solely responsible for the use of the password for illegal purposes or out of his control.


Conditions of access and use

The user of the Share & Go platform admits that he has at his disposal the necessary skills, resources and authorization to access and use this site. Access to the platform and its use require the following minimum configuration: computer (PC or Mac) with a Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 minimum, Firefox 2.0, Chrome or Safari, and Internet connection. The library Java Runtime Environment 1.4 (or later) is required so that the multiple files downloading works (access, download and use the JRE component is free and immediate).

Share & Go service is accessible via the Internet 24 hours on 24 and 7 days / 7.
SOLSTYS undertakes to make every effort to ensure the permanence, continuity and quality of services it offers. However, because of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the customer must be aware, SOLSTYS can in no way be held liable for:
- The access speeds from other sites in the world, slowdowns, or lack of access to customer data, flow rates obtained (meaning up and down) and file transfer speeds are directly related to the rate and channel capacity or access the internet from which the client accesses the platform.
- non-delivery of emails, due to the same limitations and characteristics of the Internet,
- In case of alteration of the information or data during the transfer by any means of telecommunication or by any other means,
- In case of damage resulting from the loss, alteration or fraudulent use of data, accidental transmission of viruses or other harmful components, attitude or behavior of a third, non-conclusion of an operation.
- The virus infection data and / or software client, whose protection falls on him;
- Malicious intrusions of others on the space of the client or client data piracy, despite reasonable security measures taken.,
- The possible misuse of passwords, PIN numbers, and more generally for any sensitive information to the client.

In addition, SOLSTYS reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to its services for reasons of maintenance and / or improvement without any compensation. However, SOLSTYS undertakes to implement all the means available to minimize such interruption.


Responsibility for the content exchanged on the platform

SOLSTYS can not be held responsible for data and content provided by the customer or third parties via the Share & Go platform.

The customer agrees not to publish on its storage space of contents contrary to the regulations in force in France, including, but not limited to, pornographic and / or pedophile contents and / or inciting to hatred racial and / or slander and / or denial of crimes against humanity and / or incitement to murder and / or pimping.

The customer agrees not to use Share & Go as a platform for exchange of files he has not broadcast rights / use. Formal prohibition of piracy and / or illegal download

SOLSTYS reserves the right to offline any time and without notice any content it deems non-compliant, or whose use thereof is not considered to comply with French and international laws in force.

Data Backup

The company SOLSTYS undertakes to perform daily backups of customer data on a server other than the production server. In case of technical problems, from the date of declaration of an incident SOLSTYS can restore client data up to seven days.The delay to take charge of the incident is 2H (working hours and days ) and the maximum period of release to service is 4 hours from it. This intervention is included in the medium when it is a technical problem but by no means if the problem is due to a lack of manipulation by the customer or third parties. The benefit of recovery will be charged in this case.

Termination of Service

The customer may cancel service by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt 15 days before the date of the next billing date.

Data Recovery

When closing the service at the initiative of a client, SOLSTYS gives the customer one week waiting to retrieve manually ,documents hosted on the Share & Go platform. To recover once the tree total SOLSTYS may, at the request of the customer, provide a secure link to an archive containing the structure and all files on the platform. This service is billed to the client: the cost is one month of the current subscription.

Changing contractual terms

SOLSTYS may need to modify its services and / or terms of this contract, particularly given the technical development of the service. In this case, SOLSTYS will notify the change to the customer by email within two weeks. It will then have 10 days from the date of receipt of the information to cancel the contract.
